Summary: This visit was okay at best. The room had cleanliness issues - hair in bathroom and soap scum on shower handle. We had to repeatedly ask for towels and washcloths each day. Each time we visited the pool there were no towels available. We visited the office to request pool towels and were told that they would be brought to the pool within a few minutes but never were delivered. Staff were addressed about cleanliness but didn’t offer to address - told us to take pictures of it. Room service has to be requested each day.

Summary: Very nice! The staff was amazing, they treat you like family! I’ve never stayed anywhere with a staff as nice as these were! I’d give the staff 5 stars for sure! Especially the lady that works the continental breakfast room she was the sweetest thing ever!!

Summary: My husband and I spent a lot g weekend and left knowing we were coming back. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very quiet area that just adds to the ambiance of the pool and hot tub area!

Summary: Front desk was friendly. The property needs a little more upkeep. We were disappointed the hot tub wasn’t available. There were no towels at the pool and had to go to the front desk. Why not keep them stocked?? The room wasn’t the cleanest. They could have done better.
